God’s Everlasting Covenant With Israel
Foundational Scripture(s): Exodus 19:5-6; Psalm 122:6 (Amplified)
Now therefore if you will in fact obey My Voice and keep My Covenant (agreement), then you shall be my own special possession and treasure from among all peoples [of the world], for all the earth is Mine; and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation [set apart for My purpose]. These are the words that you (Moses) shall speak to the Israelites.
Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you [Holy City].
Exodus 19:5-6; Psalm 122:6
This Minister and Bible believer continues to pray for the peace and stability of the Holy City of Jerusalem and Jehovah’s (God of the Covenant) covenant people of Israel. God’s selection of this tiny tribe is symbolic of God’s amazing grace and mercy extended to a nomadic people despite their flawed character (Adamic seed; fallen humanity), their unremarkable nature, and their many imperfections.
We see in Israel God’s compassion and His Sovereign intent to bless the undeserving (as we are). GOD’s SAME Amazing Grace is extended to whosoever will call upon the Name of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we beseech You Father God…Be GLORIFIED through Your Covenant people we pray…BE their Strength and Provision in their time of need for the sake of the Name of Your dear Son, Jesus Christ. WHO is the King of kings, and Lord of lords, the Name above ALL names…in Jesus’ Name I pray, so be it, Amen and Amen!!
