Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Fellow Students, et.al

I live in Southern California & I am starting Summer 2021 with a Certificate in Theology – transitioning to a Master of Arts in Theology in Fall 2021. I am compelled to fortify my Christian “witness” by consequential developments in America (moral decline; racial tensions, aggravated by the perceived extinction of the American Dream). Our woes have been exacerbated by all things “COVID”; the devastating illness; COVID recession; COVID fatigue & finally, COVID PTSD.   

I make the analogy that America is the patient in intensive care, and just like many COVID patients… prognosis and recovery cannot be precisely determined because what we are suffering from is rife with unexpected side effects, made worse by pre-existing conditions and neglect of routine preventative health care.  

I am in mourning for the America I once knew… on top of its game and exceptional in leadership globally. When we need God the most…we are Apostate, and essentially “anti-Christian”, having altogether turned to clandestine spiritual practices. The Holy Scriptures forewarned us of the consequence of spiritual apostasy, and the projected consequences are happening now. Simply put, I believe America needs to repent of the pride that caused us to kick God out of our hearts and lives.

I believe we should be able to see by now, that we really don’t do so well without God & we have made a stinking mess. 

I pray that God helps us to see ourselves, swallow our pride and ask God to clean us up and get us back on track.

My Ministry focus(es) are Evangelism, Apologetics, and all things intercession and reconciliation. I am an ordained minister and wedding officiant (new ministry “Divine Call Ministries”) – and in a way, I would like to help officiant America’s re-dedication of its vows (In God We Trust) to Almighty God – Who is/was always the undisputed source of America’s greatness. 

This is a serious and consequential mission…and I need the weight of a Graduate Degree to provide credibility to my Ministry and my witness.  

I will continue to pray for all of us to be successful in the course(es) of study God has inspired us to pursue; give us the motivation and stamina to stay the course, and provide for every need, in Jesus Name, Amen, and again I say Amen!
